which album what you like to hear live in its eniretyA difficult one really I suppose being the 30th Anniversary of the release of RATTUS NORVEGICUS and NO MORE HEROES..I suppose these two albums would be the obvious choice to do BLACK AND WHITE, THE RAVEN and MENINBLACK would work if played live in their entirety..

It would be interesting for them to attempt HEY( RISE OF THE ROBOTS) Maybe they could get lora logic or Alex gifford to join them for this one! Also JJ doing MENINBLACK live again would be awesome..

Great idea! It's a bit gimmicky but would be fun to see the band emerge from a big spaceship dressed in the Meninblack clothing hats and black suits..E.L.O are the only band to do the spaceship thing and U2 hjave used similar gimmicks on stage in the past..

I have been a tad dissapointed that not much MENINBLACK material has been done live in recent sets barring THROWN AWAY..I think now they are back as a four piece it would be a good show to do the whole thing live..When paul was in the band this would have been a bit more difficult as there are pieces within the album which he would have had to keep dissapearing during instrumental pieces etc..Seeing Baz and JJ Jamming on TURN CENTURIES TURN and HALLOW TO OUR MEN would be a awesome sight..

Well yeah, The Raven obviously, seeing as it a masterpiece of epic proportions, unequalled by any band in the history of humankind.

Has to be Rattus for me if only to hear Sewer live again.

Skin Deep

All of them obviously.
Except 10 that is.
Today it has to be the Raven. This album has it all really. Great songs, great playing (naturally) and great production.

It would have to be black & white. Could they come back for a second night and play the Raven as well?

I saw them at the Bear Park gig (before T in the Park was even a baby!) in 1979 (beside Loch Lomond in Scotland). They were promoting The Raven which had just come out and I've got a feeling they did MiB that night, in the open, wet and dark night with an excellent feckin' light show.
At one point I looked back over the crowd and I'm sure I saw coloured lights moving on the edge of the hills......

Raven - as it's my favourite....

Got to be The Raven for me ....Longships could serve as an intro ( as Waltzinblack does ) . This is a tough question though as I would almost equally be happy with Rattus or B&W . No More Heroes .....maybe a few tracks on that one I wouldn't really be too bothered about compared to the other 3 mentioned .
Albums I wouldn't like to hear in their entirity live - 10 , Written in Red , Aural ........ in fact WIR I wouldn't be upset if I never heard another song from that live ever again .

This is the best suggestion. The Raven's my favourite LP but B&W is just so musically inventive...

Gosp. MiB
But only an old tape found, with Hugh singing and playing.
A weird and wonderful concept album.
