Soz, not really a pedant.
a private gig would be unbelievable, tho I'd invite most on here as well as mates who I know like them - but I've always wanted to interview my heroes, over a few beers or while doing something that they want to do - even golf! I'd love to write their story - with their approval - not just the Stranglers but various other heroes. But the hard work involved would be the price.
I think it would be funny going on a sesh without bother from anyone, and I'd be happy to buy the beers.

its a pity they didnt do glastonbury this year as a woman i work with deals with costume changes, helps the artists etc, i would have begged her for something worn or used, sweaty. what ever!! for a chocolate cake.

Private gig i think,just for me and a few mates.
I would however insist that i could have a mixing desk copy of the gig and that the band sign all of my records and cds.

I wonder how much they cost these days? didn't someone say a few years back that you can get em for about £16,000?
