WHAT SUITE XVI TRACKS DO YOU WANT PLAYED ON TOUR?

With the new album released on Monday and the Suite XVI Tour staring soon - what new tracks from the album would we like included into the set-list?

I am assuming 'Spectre Of Love' will be included - being the new single and having already played it live - but JJ has stated only 5 or 6 'new' tracks have been rehearsed - so which are your favourites and would like to hear?
theraven1979

They should open with Relentless

Jim
Toiler On The Sea

Album out on Monday?????, will it arrive on time for my trip to Aberdeen on Wednesday?

Having only heard a few tracks, I would have hoped to hear most of the new album played.

Another Greatest Hits set is not what I want really.
C r a s s !

I guess these:

RELENTLESS (defo)
SUMMAT OUTANOWT
SPECTRE OF LOVE
UNBROKEN
SHES SLIPPING AWAY

and maybe:
BARBARA (SHANGRI-LA)
paulinblack

The ones Mr Crass lists are both the best tracks to listen to as album tracks and in a live context. I suspect that I Hate You might find its way into the setlist.

Well, I reckon 'She's Slipping Away' will without doubt be a follow up single to 'Spectre' so that will deffo be played.

I'll wager that there'll be two legs to this tour and that Feb/March 2007 will see more U.K. dates due to the success of 'She' Slipping..'. Hopefully.

Anyway, I think CRASS has got the tracks right for the immediate tour. Can't see 'Hate Song' being included in an electric set. Could be wrong.

'Relentless' to open?...now there's an idea. Probably still be @norfolk Coast' though! Shocked

They haven't played Norfolk Coast since PR left have they?

I reckon Threatened will be the opener

You're probably right Mabus. Thought I heard that JJ sang it though at either Bilston or Weston-Super-Mare recently....anyone?

I remember that too, however, Relentless might be a more suitable opener this time.

Would love to hear Bless You live but this would be virtually impossible.. Sad

A Soliders Diary would be a good one for the mosh pit. Very Happy

If they are not going to change the set that much e.g start doing Shah, Ice, 4 Horsemen, Baroque etc. I would be quite happy for them to do the whole lot, while dropping ADAAOTN, Sun, Golden Brown, Heroes (sick to death of it now) Duchess, WOB, Peaches. Skin Deep, BTC,

I've heard Suite XVI and I think it is one of there best Albums they have done and I can't wait to hear it Live

'Bless you' Live? Yes I agree but then again this is a band who did 'Meninblack' Live!
C r a s s !

Yep - although I'd keep NMH.

We can only guess know... maybe it's too late for any influence from the masses-moshpit! But if it's NOT too late...please say bye-bye to ADAAOTN, Always The Scum, Gordon Brown, Peaches, Skin Deep, and Long Black Veil!!!! Cool

Fully agree with that, Crass - I might have disagreed with Peaches until I heard the version from Weston-Super-Mare. Baz needs to work on that one, or forget about it.

Oh yes Gizz, here here
Organ Grinder

Would be funny if everyone fucked off home after opening with Relentless.... like Motorhead at Brxiton a few years back opening with Ace of Spades. Luckily the Stranglers don't have that one killer track that is universally known - oops Golden Brown - wonder how many casual punters wopuld buzz off if they opened with that one? Confused
StanInBlack

Argh, the poll is over ... I wanna hear 'A Soldier's Diary'!

Agree but how about a 2nd encore of walk on by, relentless then nmh!!!!

It would be good to hear "She's Slipping Away" in the set at some point.

The way this song ends, I can feel a seque coming on with the drum intro to "Nice 'n Sleazy" Very Happy
