Banana - Not True!Okay, so now I've just read here in someone's post that at a show Hugh crammed a banana up an audience member's arse because he was heckling the band. I can't believe that - would someone really allow that to happen?...Like he willingly dropped his pants? Either it's not true or the Stranglers have quite the tendency to happily humiliate their audience...

It's not like you`d stand there and say yeah go on stick it right up! - Mind you some people probably would (mention no names!). But when you have JJ, Hugh and Jet holding you you ain`t got a load of choices have you?

I remember this story being told in the No Mercy book(straight from the horses mouths?) and also seeing a picture of the deed posted somewhere or am i dreaming this. I agree with Jim, would you argue with Jet / jj ??
