Baz was highly entertaining at the Halt Bar in Glasgow. I thought there would have been a few more Stranglers fans in attendance than there were. As Baz said himself, it was more like a private party. Nice to see Eurochick. There were a couple of others whose faces seemed a bit familiar but I didn't speak to ( had to rush off at the end). Strange Little Girl, Peaches, LBV, Dutch Moon, Walk on By, Nice n Sleazy & Golden Brown ("The fans' favourite!") were amongst those played. Also Steely Dan's Rikki Don't Lose That Number and a Neil Young song (Crime in the City ?). Very enjoyable. For those of you who didn't go - it's well worth making the effort next time! | ||
